Welcome to the first installment of our series on the wonderful world of running! My name is Slavic and I am a self-proclaimed running fanatic. Some might even say I have a love-hate relationship with running - I love it when I'm finished, but hate it while I'm doing it. Just kidding (sort of).
In all seriousness, running has brought so much joy and fulfillment into my life, and I want to share that with all of you. Whether you are a seasoned runner or just starting out, I hope this series will provide valuable insights and inspiration for your own running journey.
So, what can you expect from this series? We will cover a wide range of topics, from training tips and injury prevention to gear reviews and race recaps. We will also delve into the psychological and social aspects of running, because let's face it - running can be just as much of a mental game as it is physical.
One thing I want to make clear is that this series is for runners of all abilities. Whether you are gunning for a personal record or just looking for a fun way to stay active, there will be something for you. As the saying goes, "The only bad run is the one you didn't do."
To kick things off, in our next post we will delve into the basics of getting started with running.
